The Family Tree
This is a 6.0 final Theme for ocPortal

Modern families have both, immediate and wider family members living abroad or far from their original place of birth. A Family site can act as a useful meeting place for all and enable collaborative interaction to trace their history together.
I liked the overall look of Mr. Schneider's static design and decided to find it a home with ocPortal with some adaptation of my own.
Some CSS skill and Photoshop experience is required if you want to do changes to it. If you like it as it is but want your own header, you will need to edit 'header.jpg' or use the 'Manage Theme Images' interface to replace the image with the codename 'header'.
Hoping you will find this theme useful for many site ideas.
Jean
(Note) Although I have included the theme.ini file with this addon, it does not seem to replace the default one from the system, so please edit the file by adding this line to it:

- Where is Uncle Moe?
- Can you locate a recent photo of Bill?
- We think that Aunt Ula was abducted by Aliens!

Additional information
This theme is based on a free HTML template by Dieter Schneider. His design is somewhat narrow to make it viable for a Content Management System, so I've modified the graphics to frame a typical fixed-width of 980px, while adding space for the dynamic wing-type side panels for a total of 1310px, capable of accommodating any type of CMS configuration. I replaced some of the darker elements to suit a different purpose with lighter and brighter ones. The static side panel menu which could only accommodate a few blocks before it overflowed was replaced with dynamic side panels expanding as needed vertically.I liked the overall look of Mr. Schneider's static design and decided to find it a home with ocPortal with some adaptation of my own.

Comments
One request; can you alter the <div> with the id="pageBottom" to width: 1311px;?
Viewed with FF and IE, that alteration lines up the 'page' and the 'bottom', the latter displaying a bit of misalignment when using 1313px.
Just trying to be helpful … !!!
(Fixed!)Thanks for the indication Fletch!
I somehow forgot to reset it after making tests for the same problem at less than full screen, which it still does at some lower resolutions, but that's probably a quirk of the browsers.
Your comments and good words are always appreciated!
Jean
That's a relief!
Sometimes 'comments' or 'observations' are interpreted as 'criticism', and that would never do. I almost never criticise the hard work undertaken by others, especially when the 'work' is outside my capabilities!
Keep rolling them out. This can only be good for ocPortal.
Beautiful theme as always Jean. However Ihope that you don't mind that I draw your attention to the footer. It seems to be unaligned.
Browser: Rekonq (webkit browser, similar to Chrome)
Resolution: 1600x900
Reproducable on all pages.
Thanks for this observation mythus!
You are correct in pointing that it is off-center at 1600x900.
My correction after Fletch's comment fixed it for a full screen 1920x1200, but unfortunately broke smaller resolutions. I've been spending hours trying different parameters, adjusting margins, positions between fixed, absolute and relative, without success. I'm soliciting some assistance on this one if anyone can find a solution, short of removing my rounded pageBottom addition.
