If you are using ocPortal version 8 or earlier, you can download the theme here and use the addons interface within your Admin Zone as per attached image to upload it as a new theme to your server.
If you have version 9, it is not compatible as the css has since undergone several structural changes, but this theme "Extreme Sports" has been constructed by changing only 3 images from a basic ocPortal install:
header
outer-background
zone_gradient
You could download it, extract the images from the /themes/images_custom and follow my tutorial from the Community docs here: http://ocportal.com/site/s/1/16/44/45.htm to find out how to do this if you want. It is not very difficult, the student who did this theme, did it after one lesson, I'm sure you can do the same.
Don't worry, if you get stuck, you can always ask for help in the Themeing section of the forum.
