Title Calendar bugs
Description This hotfix fixes two bugs:
  1. Running recurring calendar events across DST boundaries.
  2. Adding events on the last day of the month, when the next month has a different number of days (getting a "event cannot finish before it starts error).

Title Catalogue index links, menu highlighting
Description The default menus hold links to multiple catalogue indexes.

As they are all under the 'catalogues' module, the 'current page' highlighting struggles when the block cache is enabled. The cache bucket for the menu block instance is shared between all the index screens.

This fix will provide a specific workaround to this issue. The issue can also come up in other places for more complex navigations, and the established workaround is to turn off block caching for the particular block involved (cache="0").

Title Manually deleting a member row may stop new zones working
Description If a new zone is added, new pages are put in place. The first time it loads, it finds the first admin, and assigns ownership to that member.

If an admin was manually deleted from the f_members table, but still has a secondary membership row defined in the f_group_members table, ocPortal will pick up the orphan reference, associate it with a zombie user, and then crash when setting the page ownership (if you're unlucky and the first admin row to come out of the database happens to be the zombie row).

There is a feature to delete a member that does full cleanup. However, we do want to allow webmasters to manually edit the database even if it does lead to occasional accidental broken references - therefore this can be considered a bug.

The hotfix directly prevents the zombie row coming up. However, ocPortal 10 will also make it so new zones are automatically assigned to the submitter of that zone, which makes more sense anyway.

Title Problem with default usergroups, if exactly one is configured
Description If exactly one default usergroup is configured, it is supposed to extricate use of the default Newbie/Members usergroup, and put new members directly into that usergroup. However, instead the Newbie/Members usergroup sticks around as a secondary usergroup.

This bug does not happen if there are more than one default usergroups, as then a different code branch runs (for a chosen usergroup).

Title Problems with saved searches
Description Saved searches are commented out, and not working. This is because since they were commented, several bugs developed. Saved searches will be dropped as a feature in v10, and were commented out as we consider the feature bloat for most users. Never-the-less, the feature still exists in v9, so we will ensure it works as originally intended.

  1. Not actually saving
  2. No breadcrumbs on saved search screen
  3. Saved search link losing search focus - move to overlay for usability. Make various flow changes so that the overlay works well for deleting searches from it, but running searches takes you out of the overlay
  4. If a day-limited search fell back to a full search due to 0 results, the search saves twice
