I have been really busy the last few days so haven't worked on my site hardly at all. But I couldn't wait to put the new graphic on my home page. I love it! What a difference, it looked so empty before. I floated it to the right which works a little better but I'm not sure if that really looks right? I will play with it some more It is really important to me that my site works flawlessly on mobiles as well, which I believe it does as it is now.

From what I can see of your site (closed) it is coming along really nicely, and fast too. Looking forward to seeing it when it opens. That is so sweet of you creating that banner and putting it in your footer for me. I was not at all expecting that and it is very much appreciated, thank you!

The VDU did make a mess of the layout huh, I am pleased to see you've fixed it up a little. I am looking forward to seeing all the new graphics in place with the minore css changes to match, should look really nice. I know you were going for matching the default OCPortal theme but I thought your site could do with standing out on its own merits.

I have all the graphics in place, going to go play with the css now.

I just recently redesigned my site. I got to thinking about the most popular sites on the net with the most diverse audiences and what they all  have in common. My conclusion was complicated functionality presented in a way that is easy to use/understand and with a very clean, simple design.

So I just took the default theme, changed the shade of blue, stripped a lot out of it and rearranged a couple of things. My goal being a site that functions well, loads fast and is inviting to everyone no matter who they are or where they come from…a site that almost has a familiar feel to it even if it is your first visit. I do believe I accomplished that but before your graphics it was a little to simple and plain. Your graphics, especially the one on the home page, made an enormous difference .

It certainly has not gone unnoticed how fast you jumped into the community here and started contributing. We are all real happy to have you here. I see you are having troubles with a couple things on your site. If you don't mind me having admin access you can give me a to do list of some of the things that are giving you grief and I will jump in and do them for you.

Heya Brian, you are very welcome to become an admin on my site if you like but I prefer to figure stuff out for myself if I can.

If I ever get really stuck I will reach out and ask for help, I always like to learn things through personal hands on experiene, the knowledge and skills are properly mine then.

That's cool, I am very much the same way. Nope, I am happy staying a regular member. I would not want anyone seeing admin by my name and thinking I helped develop it if I didn't.

Well, the least i can do is create an honourary group for you to give you a distinction there as I feel you have a right to this being as you are the sites benefactor for lack of a better term. Sorry but I wont accept no for an answer, I want people to know you are special to the site.
