Do you think it could be successful? It has over 56 members but they're inactive. They're normally 12 on every day, now it's around 1 or 2. |

I think you have oine a great job and you have obviously put allot of work into this site. Just out of curiosity why do you have left and right side panels displaying some of the same information? (Features, Community, Web site) |

But, lots of people say "where's that? where's that? what's that?"! The navigational bars need to be in a lot of places and still people don't see them =) |

do you think it could be worth the money, last night I got 9 new users…… I'm not sure how to keep them interested because it's aimed at teens, they're not so bright at starting interesting things, they except to find something open and to comment on and they can be extremely lazy….. |

If your target audience is "teens", could you get permission to advertise in local schools? Hang fliers or anything up there? |

Maybe throw ups some rss feeds to Pop News Teens are interested in. Todays teen needs constant distraction so you need very up to the minute content and as much of it as possible to keep them busy and interested on the site. Teens Multitask like no other so give em lots to do if you can. To get em chatting start your own flame wars as an anonymous user in your forums. Teens love flame wars! But show them how to do it maturely I mean don't just start dissin some Pop Icon with bad language but take someone popular and give some negative feedback about em like "So an So can't sing and is purely a marketing gimic" and watch as a bunch chime up lashing out at you. Then redirect conversations into something more positive once you got em chatting. Teens don't always have great sources of income so if you have a budget of $50 to advertise don't. Use at as a prize pool for best Poem or Photo or something so they can win some money. That'll get em comming (and comming back!) Give them some What's Hot and Whats not voting systems for differn't kinds of categoories like hairstyles, clothes, pop icons, movies, songs etc. Gets them interactive and point and click voting they love! Lastly get rid of the EXTRA menu items! It will only cause more confusion than less! Use that realestate for something better like the Whats hot polls or latest pics etc. The less Navigation the better actually. Trim the fat down and hide some within relevant areas. Lastly I will point out the site looks nice! And good luck! |

Uh huh, how helpful, BUT. Members are a little in-active as of late, so can't do that, if you've looked at my site recently, it's changed quite a lot now. |

Thanks, but, if I do that, schools will block the site, how an earth could I do any of that? Any-ways thanks for the advice, I'll investigate. |

It wears you down a bit… just me I guess. Also your navigation is changing from page to page… is that intentional? keep'm guessing kinda thing? |
