Title Problems on IIS if PHP running as CGI mode
Description If PHP is running as CGI mode on IIS (Microsoft web server), then error messages may be obscured by default IIS error messages.
Affects Users on a Windows server, with PHP set up for CGI
Fix It is ill-advised to use CGI on a product Windows server, as an ISAPI install is much more efficient in terms of performance. Also the problem is relatively minor. Lastly, this is caused by a Microsoft bug.

Therefore we are not back-porting fixes specifically. However, if you would like to apply fixes manually, look in your sources/failure.php file and change:
