Also I have 3 invision power board sites I want to link using this how do I do that all that comes up on the multi site thing is a box to type notes.

The Setup Wizard is just an assisting tool, it's not the primary place for configuring anything. Different things can be disabled in different places. Some of them are in the Feature configuration, and some of them are done by deleting things (banners, catalogues), and some are done by disabling specific permissions.

The Multi Site Network feature is described in one of our tutorials. However, I think all you really need to do for what you want is to edit one of your menus and place the links on there.

I could not find where to remove the downloads section so I reran the wizard I swear I looked every were for it.
I do not think by just making a link would it merge the databases such I want and it sounds like your software can do.

"Do you intend to join an existing network of multiple sites, and/or have separate forum and portal databases, and/or use separate application and database servers?
(requires more information)"
Thats what I am talking about. I checked it but it did not ask for more then just the one IPB database log in name, location and other database info.

ocPortal can integrate with one forum at a time, and this is specifed at installation as you found. You can have many ocPortal sites using one shared forum, but it doesn't make sense to have one ocPortal site using many forums (there would be conflicts, and it'd be very slow).

There are too many online users to list.
