25 small CSS files I hope :o ;)

It varies quite a lot. Some of them are tiny, and some of them are huge. The quantity is high because all the different systems (news, galleries, etc) have their own ones now.

We haven't added a huge amount of new CSS, but what we have done is extracted it out of the templates. The idea behind this is that most of the time now you'll be able to avoid editing templates at all to do basic "repainting".

That sounds cool - since there's parts of the system I don;t use, that's less CSS changes needed and maybe even a few stylesheets I can steer clear of.

Very sensible :)
