Experts by the hour

After about a year of planning, and months of very hard work, we are proud to announce our new "Experts by the hour" service.

"Experts by the hour" replaces our old support ticket system, and will streamline the support process for our customers, while improving our response times behind the scenes.

Can I assume from this business model that you will no longer entertain 'tickets' from previous customers of the paid-for software?

Officially ocPortal registrations came with one year of support -- so as the last registration was over a year ago there are no active support commitments for them. Unofficially we may choose to do differently if we feel it appropriate.



what about those of us who purchased a lifetime license?


Lifetime licences were for using ocPortal for a life, but it wasn't lifetime support.
