The roadmap has been edited a bit, to reflect that Composr v10 hasn't had the final release yet. We're running perhaps 3 weeks behind where we guessed we'll be, but generally the relaunch is at a good spot, and the current beta 5 release quite stable. Composr RC1 will be released soon, and the final release should be very soon after that.

We've clarified that while we don't expect to make ocPortal releases after this year, we may still release security patches up until the 1 year anniversary of Composr v10 final being released.

how do we upgrade

How do we upgrade from ocportal to composr once composr is released if ocportal was install through cpanel?

Hi Daniel,

ocPortal/Composr upgrading should be the same regardless of how it was originally installed. We don't attempt to create separate upgrade methods tightly integrated with control panels for reliability reasons, so just follow the official instructions an you should be fine :).
