Upgrading from 9.0.17 to 9.0.18

The input filter from 9.0.17 that affected the installation of addons appears to also affect the ability to use the ocPortal upgrader. If the upgrader in your web site Adminzone won't work, manually install this hotfix first: 0001814: Updating addons results in an addon not supported error - ocPortal feature tracker

After installing the hotfix, the upgrader should work.

I thought it was me (file transfer just finished with a blank screen). I used the download and extracted the files to the site's directory. I thought this had fixed it but was still V17. Tried the upgrader again and it worked.

Anyone who upgraded already should apply this hot-fix:
0001817: External links to website flagged as hacking attempt following to upgrade to 9.0.18 - ocPortal feature tracker

The releases have been repackaged with this hot-fix included.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. This last couple of weeks have not been great for us .

Bailing Out!

Integrity check

If you think this problem could be due to corruption caused by a failed upgrade (e.g. time-out during extraction), check the following integrity checkā€¦

I get this when trying to upgrade no further explaination 9.0.17 to 9.0.18 using the upgrader….
