because the Gallery module is not what I wanted, I was searching how to go further, well lets use the pages in combination with the lightbox addon. I use the attachment to upload my photos (resized to 800 x 600) and use te Island option. The lighbox addon has made a nice box for it.

This is working perfect for me, because I can made the page like i wanted. :)
Great I love ocPortal more and more.

Nice job, Harry.

This looks like what I want to do but my images are in catalogs. Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help.

Hi Bob,
I have not tried the catalogs at the moment. :)
My problem was that the thumbnails in the gallery addon where not sharp enough for me. and it was slow loading to.  Thats the reason I take a look at the pages.

And this is also why I love Ocportal, its so flexible :)

Harry-

It is indeed flexible. I just wish my coding skills will proficient enough to coax more out of that flexibility.

Bob,
I have also a another way to experiment witch. Its a externality software, maby you do something witch it.. Look at Visual Lightbox JS: Free Visual Generator for Lightbox 2 Script for jQuery or Prototype. jQuery Lightbox.  , the code you can use within the

Code

[semihtml]
code in pages or maby catalogs. I use a simular wow-slide on a site.

Regards,

Harry

Thanks, Harry.

That looks somewhat promising except for the fact that I need a dynamic solution so that I don't need to rework the page every time an image is added. This is especially true since members can add their own images.

But I am going to look into it for use elsewhere.

Thanks for the tip.

Bob
