Jean: I found some areas where is a black background oft with black tekst. Like in the forum to input a article. Try to find the css code for it, but can't find it. :( see picture

This is also to some "attention" places. This code have I changed.
Also the comment box at viewing a Photo has a black/black box. (changed this)

But overall I got nice comments from users to this theme.

Yes I see, Harry. It is my bad:$, I inadvertently used an existing blank installation which was setup for a dark theme. By the time I saw these details I had invested already more than 100 hours into the new theme. I will eventually have to redo the entire theme since it is very time consuming to look for all the small nooks and crannies that might have to be changed. I used the color variables to adjust most of it, but there are obviously several lingering ghosts still in there.O_o

Let me find the source of this black text and I will get back to you shortly.

Harry, I checked a newly installed theme download from the same version on ocPortal and my text is light grey on black; not dark like yours.

See the following image for the correct color variables values I've used to checked against yours.

Alternatively, you could change the background from black to the same light gold color of the theme by looking at the color variables in the forms.css and applying the changes to the variables at the top of global.css. For example the following two global.css variables define the gradient colors for part of the background:

required_background
required_2_background

There are others, but this should give you a place to start looking.

Hoping this will help.

Thanks Jean, I will check this. I have to say that the shadow on text parts not my way way to use. People with some visual problems may have trobble to see this clear. ;)

But I can remove them, what I have done in some cases already. :)
I have changed the pictures on the welcome zone to own.

Ow yeah Opera has a little effect on the footer, the background is white :) Have checkt this with Chrome and no white. Wanted to let you know this. :)
