I get error when I import a theme as addon.

I had made a theme and configured the css to my satisfaction on one the web host and later I wanted to export it so that i can use the new exported theme as a building block for subsequent themes offline.

So I exported it, ocportal system made a "mytheme-07092009-0509.tar" it is about 28.4 MB.

Later I followed the tutorial (http://ocportal.com/docs/tut_releasing_themes.htm) for importing a addon theme on my development system. I got this error "The file upload was not a supported addon type." :(

I believe this should work as a default.

I remember I had selected several files via checkbox option… now I cant recollect how I got it.

Anyways I was able to get another "mytheme-08092009-0409.tar" this time a smaller size 1.6Mb. This is a huge size difference compared to the previous one.

I imported the addon, now in the Addons section it says Status - Not installed. Can anyone tell me how do I "enable" the theme?

Click the install icon next to it.

If you remember how you made the huge one let's us know and we'll consider it as a usability issue.

Ah I see it now… Chris. It worked just fine. The icon was to thin compared to all the red X's.

Thanks.
