Moving forward with Composr

ocPortal has been relaunched as Composr CMS, which is now in beta. ocPortal 9 will be superseded by Composr 10.

Head over to compo.sr for our new site, and to our migration roadmap. Existing ocPortal member accounts have been mirrored.

Recently arrived to County OC

Hi people. Am based in Australia on the east coast north of Sydney and trying to figure out if I have enough years available to understand what this product actually does. There certainly are some keen "It Dudes" here in this community that have been very keen contributors to the development. Hopefully my collegue and I will be able to contribute something after we understand the vast product more fully. :$

Working through that as we speak… The comment was more made "Toungue in cheek" and a compliment of the vast breadth of the product… You always need to look at the fact that you can't add every feature everyone wants so its about delivering the most effective usable features first. It looks quite a reasonable product from the short time I have played with it and its clear a lot of programming effort has gone in with some obvious vigorous debate around some concepts…  :thumbs:

What!! Read a manual.. I'm in IT … we don't have time to read manuals..Those are for the business people who have all day to do stuff… (Reading furiously!!)
