Translate only front-end

Hello,

As some know I'm translating ocPortal to Spanish (actually 46%). I'm translating all but I think is not necesary translate the back-end, because (normally) administrators have no problem to understand english, and I personally preffer it in English. So that I think it would be good define what part of the text belongs to front-end, and what belongs to back-end.
