spilling problem with texts

Well, it's my third sequentially theard here, and this problem seems to be really bad.
I'm translating ocPortal to Hebrew - right to left language, and i'm having a little problem.
The text is spilling to the right and this is unable to see the text.
For example, look at the admin centre here:

Do you have any idea what's the problem and how can it be fixed? :confused:

Here you go. This is the page of news archive on IE:

And this is the same page on Mozila:

Well i seems to be a problem on IE, and it doesn't happen because i changed from lrt to rtl, look at this part of the page:

Even on the demo site of ocPortal the right part of news archive (for example) doesn't look like on Mozila:

So obviously there is somthing wrong on IE?  :(
Here is the link to the news archive, it's in Hebrew but i think you can handle it:
http://israelibfc.unitedstates.co.il/site/index.php?page=news

I hope there is a way to fix the problem  :(  :(  :(

Had a look at the output code, and I think this may be due to the way IE handles right to left text in tables.  Could you edit NEWS_BRIEF.tpl, and change the table width from 100% to 95%

Code

<table class="medborder" style="margin-left:10px;margin-right:10px" width="100%">
   <tr>
      <td>
         {DATE*} - <a href="{URL*}">{TITLE}</a>
      </td>
   </tr>
</table>
<br style="line-height: .3em" />

to

Code

<table class="medborder" style="margin-left:10px;margin-right:10px" width="95%">
   <tr>
      <td>
         {DATE*} - <a href="{URL*}">{TITLE}</a>
      </td>
   </tr>
</table>
<br style="line-height: .3em" />

Once done, let me know how it displays.

Ok i did it, and now it looks fine. Just in the other side (left side) there is a longer space. you can see it here:
http://israelibfc.unitedstates.co.il/site/index.php?page=news
It's fine, just there are alot of pages that has this problem.
Even on the login block, and the shoutbox, the bottons "send message" and "search content" aren't at the right place, it's the same problem.
Is there a chance to fix it globaly and not one by one?

Ok.  That was what I was expecting.  We are looking into this, and if our current theories are correct, there may be quite a large problem to overcome.  We will get back to you as soon as we know more.
