Hi
I was working locally on the translation of OCP (v9) and have the modified ini files
Attachment
INI spanish files 2015 april
» Download: ES-20150424.tar.gz (120 Kb, 110 downloads so far)

Would be quite tiring introduce them 1 by 1 on launchpad
Is there a simplest way
to do it, replacing the files?

I have checked and no one has been working on it in the meantime, in fact the last modification was made by me before downloading the po files

Moreover, if the spanish files that exist on the translation tool for v10, were taken from the launchpad v9, I suggest use this files instead (before start working on them) which have quite a few additions and corrections

This is great Ruben :). I think we can sort this quite easily, let me do some quick checks.

I think Transifex allows direct ini upload by contributors, so that should be a lot easier to sort out.

As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.

Hi,

I just got it all imported. I had to fight Launchpad a bit ;).

Unfortunately it all says my name rather than yours. With v10 we have set up a system of automatically build and distributing language pack addons, if your name doesn't come through on them please let me know and I'll make sure it does.

Thanks for saving me a lot of work, the name does not matter.
Now the question is: Worth continuing the translation yet for ocp v9 or is imminent the release of composr v10 ?

I don't think there are huge changes for v10 translation, so I'd just keep going :).
