How to translate "&hellip" in, for instance: "Loading…"?

Fan in action

While translating the global-template into Dutch, I encounter several strings which consists of a normal part ("Loading" or "Please wait") followed by "&hellip". I don't know what the lasts part means or does. Can anybody help me out? Should I translate the first part only, or leave it as it is?

hellip is html for '…' (horizontal ellipsis). Don't translate that bit.
