the website i have is getting a bail out code

hi all sorry for posting here not sure if its the right part but here goes,
sorry its abit long winded,
my website dasg.co.uk, has been running for around 6 months ish with no problems what so ever, just recently has some time to myself i decided to have aplay around with my website, so i made a folder within my wwwroot folder( on my servers folder) to start to graphically design a new website theme for my present website (ie a website in a website, and yes probably a bad idea but i though would a look, had no problems got it installed accessable via net all seemed fine, as i start to configure seemed to have one problem after another, so decide after some messing around and i made sure i didnt change anything from the other websites folder, deleted the folder and re uploaded the back up file from my computer to my server (host company) to ensure no details have been changed through the other site, all uploaded
once i went back to my orginal site i got this error
Critical error – bailing out
with your welcome to read at dasg.co.uk
i spoke to netcetera support team whom believes its a bug
does anyone know what it means or how im able to fix
or any suggestions thank you

  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

It would be hard to articulate the process, without going through it. It's the kind of thing our support is designed for.
