Paypal does not go through and payment failed

Chris,
Sorry to bother you again. I installed paypal as instructed. When I was testing the paypal and trying to protend to be a customer making a real payment, paypal does not go through, instead, giving me an error msg: "The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.". I called paypal representative, the y told me that the link does not work properly. I don't even know where the paypal link was coded and how I should change it. Can you help me on this? My site is almost ready to open to public. I attached the paypal page showing me the error massage. Thanks.

Everything else looks fine to me, I checked through all the button settings. I think it must be PayPal doesn't recognise that email.

Admin Zone > Setup > Configuration > eCommerce options

PayPal errors are very unhelpful unfortunately, I wish they'd give specific ones.
