Paypal does not go through and payment failed

Sorry to bother you again. I installed paypal as instructed. When I was testing the paypal and trying to protend to be a customer making a real payment, paypal does not go through, instead, giving me an error msg: "The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.". I called paypal representative, the y told me that the link does not work properly. I don't even know where the paypal link was coded and how I should change it. Can you help me on this? My site is almost ready to open to public. I attached the paypal page showing me the error massage. Thanks. Lily |

Admin Zone > Setup > Configuration > eCommerce options PayPal errors are very unhelpful unfortunately, I wish they'd give specific ones. If I answered something that you think should be in the documentation, please take the initiative and add it to the community documentation. We really need people to help out here and build a well-organised large support resource. |
