General code question

I am trying to put this:

<!– BEGIN PHP Live! code, © OSI Codes Inc. –>
<script language="JavaScript" src="http://t2.phplivesupport.com/js/status_image.php?base_url=http://t2.phplivesupport.com&l=Nigel1&x=1921&deptid=0&btn=1"><a href="PHP Live! Support [ Live Help Live Support Live Chat Software ]"></a></script>
<!– END PHP Live! code : © OSI Codes Inc. –>

In place of this…..

   <li id="mnv1"><h3><a href="http://www.qksrv.net/click-1418891-10307598">Interland Hosting</a></h3></li>

<p>The plan of choice for businesses creating a simple online store,

including an easy-to-use shopping cart tool so you can showcase all your products.</p>

a copy of either the full page code, or some either side of the code you are trying to replace would be useful. and a copy of the image ;).

if the image is too big, it may be forcing the table column to a new size, which will disrupt the page layout.

you need to save template.php as a text file. The server parses it, and hands out plain html :)
