My skin based on cobalt for phpbb

One little note though. if you are on your forums, and click on the "home" button in the top frame, it loads the top frame again inside the lower frame.  you need to change the url from "index.html" to "index.php", and that will fix that one

I know.  I ended up deleting that top frame.  I'm gonna miss it, but it was time.  Went great with my older site, but times have changed.  Tell me if you think i should put it back in.
