Moving forward with Composr

ocPortal has been relaunched as Composr CMS. ocPortal 9 is superseded by Composr 10.

Head over to compo.sr for our new site, and to our migration roadmap. Existing ocPortal member accounts have been mirrored.

I really hate making this kind of screw up - very embarrassing to accidentally spam people :$. This was in the subtle logic of how welcome mails are sent. I was sure this one was fixed, after leaving the mail queue on for two days and keeping checking it, but apparently not. Oh well, back to debugging it ;).

Right, so I did fix it before, but I forgot to apply the fix back to our source tree and overwrote the fix in an update! Whoops, double pain!

It's now fixed. I have put mails back on, so the queue has just flushed to people with mails that have been held up in there since last night.

I've put an optional safe guard in place to detect if any of these welcome mails send twice and alert the staff instead of sending.
