I just noticed the SLIGHT effect on the ocPortal logo at the top of the page. When you mouseover the page back and forth the ocPortal shadow-reflection follows the mouse and it grows fainter the further away from it the mouse goes.

Talk about the subtle nuances of ocPortal! I must be the only one who didn't know this? Now that I look at it I see it in the CSS. Cool guys - very nice. Always something new!

NOTE: Viewed in Foxfire it works but when viewed in Explorer I didn't notice the same effect.

Never paid attention to it. Now when I get bored on the site I can have fun moving the mouse back and forth over the logo.

Like when waiting for the next topic/reply here?

It has been quieter than usual. Everybody's sites must be working like clockwork
…or their waiting for 4.4?

This is CSS3 (which marketing people recently have been calling HTML5). IE9 should support it when it's out :).

As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.

Cool, you don't even have to mouse over it. Move the mouse anywhere on the page and you will see the movement…

Back and forth you get the jiggle; up and down you get the fading... nice effect to play with.
