PHP ERROR [1] Call to undefined function member_personal_links_and_details() in sources/blocks/main_member_bar.php on line 69 (version: 8.1.2, PHP version: 5.2.17, URL: /V1/)

Here is the stack trace:

Below is a stack trace revealing the state the software was in when the error occurred. If this represents a bug in the unmodified software, you may want to check ocPortal website for a fix, and if there isn't one, report this as a bug. Please note that merely posting a stack trace is not sufficient for us to solve your problem; the stack trace is just an aid that presents us with additional information. We still need to know the error message, what you tried to do, how you tried to do it, version numbers, and any other appropriate information.
We apologise for this problem and if it's a bug we hope you will work with us so that we can fix it for you promptly.

That sounds like you have a v8 site only part-upgraded. Maybe you installed a v9 hotfix, or partially extracted a v9 upgrade, or did a 9.0.1->9.0.2 upgrade on top of a v8 site.

Before this I open my website using mozilla v15.0.1 and seems appear to have error with the "XML" and then i decided to upgrade my site from v8.1.2 to latest v9++ using the updates from softaculos and manualy with the upgrader.php link from adminzone and the problem still same.

After practice with my other OC Portal demo site also failed and I've contacted my hosting 24/7 help desk and asked them for the full restorations option and they have done it well.

My problem right now is after login as admin the screen still shows as above noted error and when my user login from their FB apps

"PERTUBUHAN PEWARIS MALAYSIA on Facebook | Facebook" error appear =

" XML Parsing Error: not well-formed

Can someone help me with this issue.

Something on your server seems to be turning on XHTML, even though ocPortal says it is HTML5. I think it is looking at the <meta> tags we set and reinterpreting it. Please try this:

This seems to be caused by some 'pagespeed' thing running on the server, which I guess caused your other problem too. It seems to be interfering with ocPortal's output.

In this case it has probably "optimised" the theme image, but by giving it a new URL – then ocPortal can't find it.

I would guess an old copy of the Facebook addon, or the OpenID addon, or you manually overrode the LOGIN_SCREEN.tpl template before.

If it is an old addon, the latest version will need installing.

If you overrode the template yourself, you'll need to delete the override or recreate it from the new version of the original template.

Tell them that they've installed some kind of 'optimiser' which is interfering with your web software, changing parts of it, and ask if they can disable it or fix it.
