Hello,

I have now this site (http://www.tamarawobben.nl)

Now I wonder if ocPortal can do the jon but then better.
For me it is most important that I can have a custom based pagination where I can decide how many articles are placed on a page.

It will do that and so much more.  You should give it a try.  If you're not quiet sure yet, install it on a subdomain and give it a test spin.

The side_news_archive block will allow navigating into the news archive by year and month. Then you can paginate further.

  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

Non-joined user

Thanks, but most of the pagination that I know are expecting a fixed number a page.

I want to use a flexible number per page and I was hoping that someone can tell me how to achieve this.

Short answer: Custom functionality means you need a programmer.

De ontwikkelaars doen dit ook tegen naar mijn mening zeer schappelijke prijzen, afhankelijk van het aantal uren. Vraag Chris. :)
