Hi, I have attempted a manual update from 9.0.5 to 9.0.9

uploaded all files from the Archive to my web server,

I went to my site and as soon as I started viewing it i noticed error messages at the bottm of every page. i was wondering if anyone know how I can fix this? Below is the message shown an all pages.

Critical error – bailing out

This is an error that has been elevated to critical error status because it occurred during the primary error mechanism reporting system itself (possibly due to it occuring within the standard output framework). It may be masking a secondary error that occurred before this, but was never output - if so, it is likely strongly related to this one, thus fixing this will fix the other.
A configuration option (system_flagrant) which does not exist was referenced (version: 9.0.9, PHP version: 5.2.17, URL: /adminzone/index.php?page=start)

If you manually extract all the files in the upgrade tar it will put back any changed files from addons you have uninstalled.

Please restore a backup and follow the upgrade procedure we outline.

If you have no backup, the integrity checker in /upgrader.php may be able to help you remove the rogue files.
