Any one read the book called good to great by Jim Collins?

I read this book recently and found it to be very informative and while I was reading it specially the part about level 5 leaders. I thought of 4 companies that I do business with 3 of them being webhosts which is why I am posting this in the web hosting forum. These 4 companies in my opinion meet the requirements, well the owners do, meet the requirements to be a level 5 owner.

I did and still do consider these companies good well actually great or at least have the potential to be great. I always thought I considered these companies great because of the quality of support but not fully understood why until I read good to great.

The 4 companies I am talking about are:

ocportal.com (cms)
everity.com (host)
mddhosting.com (host)
downtownhost.com (host)

They all very but all have 1 thing in common, they all have level 5 owners. All of them go above and beyond normal support to make sure the customer is happy and that things are working for them. They are all honest and friendly and make me feel like I am more then just another customer or a client number. They have even made me feel so happy I actually cried because I was happy.

Another thing they all have in common is I feel guilty if I try and cancel my account with any of them or not use the software. I mean it feels wrong to cancel with such a great company.
