Add targeted version number for all hot fixes in the issue tracker

I noted that some items relating to version 9 are noted in the issue tracker; I think that any tracker item containing a hot fix should show the tarted version to make it easy to search out results pertinent to a specific relaease. Ideally, it would also be good to show the "Fixed in release" even if it was just a reference to "next release" or "next major release". Bob |

(If someone is held back on a release it presumably is stable for them so again they don't need to be going through hotfixes – or they can Google for it if they like) If I answered something that you think should be in the documentation, please take the initiative and add it to the community documentation.
