1) Is it possible to get a pop-out chat room? A user on one of my sites asked if there was a way to get a chat-room thing so she could just have the chatroom open without loading the whole site as it slows down her computer when she's doing several things at once. 2) I was reading through the admin mail on another one of my sites, and I've had over 50 emails about an email failing to be sent…something about 'x email doesn't exist'…..yet, I went through all my members registered, and no one has such an email. 2- That is the confirmation message being sent back to a spammer, telling them they have filled in the contact form and it submitted okay. We have it there to comply with an accessibility standard that states anyone who fills in a contact form on a site should receive an email back, confirming they sent it and what they had asked. Try enabling the "Use CAPTCHA on feedback page" option. If I answered something that you think should be in the documentation, please take the initiative and add it to the community documentation. We really need people to help out here and build a well-organised large support resource. |

As for the 1st, how would I put that? And another question I just thought about...in the chatroom, it records all the 'x has entered the chat room' 'x has exited the chat room' anytime someone goes onto the site because of the shoutbox. Any way to change that? |

I want to move 2 of my sites from 1 server to another, as the original server just doesn't support my sites well. How can I do it in such a way that I can retain the site's information, databases etc. Server1 is hosted by heliohost Server2 is hosted by 1&1 |

For the one question about the popup chat surf to the chat url and copy it and what chris said to the end "&wide_high=1" and that may work he says. |
