There is now a title field in gallery entries. Is this field used anywhere? Is this used to create different title tags for SEO? I can't seem to find it in the interface? Shouldn't it be used for window titles?

There's something very strange if you can't see this, it's all over. In the window title, in the page title, in OpenGraph, in thumbnail links, in the URL.

There is something very strange going on. I noticed the error for a missing language variable and realized that I have not yet updated the .ini files. But, to test again, I removed the custom galleries.ini and still get the same missing variable. I cleared block, template and language caches and the browser cache. CloudFlare is disabled for this domain. I have checked in both Safari and Chrome with the same results.

I am showing what I have in the hopes that someone can point me in the right direction.

Edit entry:

Gallery category:

Gallery entry:

I am guessing that it is somehow tied to the missing language variable but since I removed my custom galleries.ini and also checked global.ini for _VIEW_IMAGE, I am stumped.

Thanks for any help.

Aha! You've found a bug.

(we had these defined, but not in a file shipped - whoops)

Ahh, much better for the gallery entries. However, the gallery catalog page still does not show the filename.

Ahh, I was expecting them beneath each image giving people an easy way to quickly identify an entry by filename.

I'll check into this as i upgrade my templates.
