I first download the files from github using the zip option and then uploaded to a new directory on my server. When I went to do the install, it said I had 40+ missing files and a whole bunch more (I don't remember the number) corrupt files. I stepped through the installation process thinking that the installer might go grab what it needs but just ended up with an error. What did I do wrong? Thanks for any help. Bob |

We'd need to know what exact error you got, but errors are liable to happen from github. It may be currently broken for fresh installs. If I answered something that you think should be in the documentation, please take the initiative and add it to the community documentation. We really need people to help out here and build a well-organised large support resource. |

I also like the 'Usergroup point assignments' (which was something I always thought was lacking but figured I just never found them) and the 'Usergroup subscriptions' which could conceivably allow me to monetize some portions of the site down the road. Still looking around…. Bob |

Git is only really intended for developers even though it's cool for anyone to take a look at and it's helpful to see any bug reports to get the fixes in early. It's likely to break, continuously. So don't draw too many conclusions, and expect a lot to not work, then work, then not work again. Also I can almost guarantee things will need completely reinstalling at random times, as things are broken and upgrade paths are not maintained. I'm afraid I don't really have time to answer questions on what is in here, and also I don't want to end up pre-announcing stuff and am moreover particularly sensitive to not announcing stuff done for client sites that aren't yet live (I don't think that's fair on the clients really - things should be released to them no later than others). If I answered something that you think should be in the documentation, please take the initiative and add it to the community documentation. I figured that I'd have to re-install each time anew. Is there a preferred bug reporting channel? Tracker? Bob |

I'm pretty impressed with what I've seen so far…will start actually playing tomorrow. i need to get some work done. Even if only half the new stuff i've sen makes it to v8, I would be pretty impressed. I have no need for the booking system but it looks like a great feature for those who need it. Bob EDIT: I need one of Fletch's thumbs-up. |

Here you go … copy/paste to 'somewhere' on your server and call it up as an 'img'
I'm sure that's 'do-able' as it isn't an attachment … |
