Hello!

I have a problem. When I want to make a backup I only get this error-message. Any hints and help on this? Thanks in advance.

PHP WARNING [2] filesize() [<a href='http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.filesize.php'>function.filesize.php</a>]: stat failed for C:\WINDOWS\Temp\ocp36.tmp (version: 4.1.9, PHP version: 5.2.9-1, URL: /adminzone/index.php?page=admin_backup&type=make_backup)

Below is a stack trace revealing the state the software was in when the error occurred. If this represents a bug in the unmodified software, you may want to check ocPortal website for a fix, and if there isn't one, report this as a bug. Please note that merely posting a stack trace is not sufficient for us to solve your problem; the stack trace is just an aid that presents us with additional information. This is a strange one. I can't see what could cause it, other than some kind of PHP or Windows glitch.

Never-the-less, could you try removing this line from sources/backup.php:

Code

fclose($install_php_file);
and see what happens.

Also see if you have an open_basedir configured, and if you do, does it include the Windows temporary directory.

Hello Chris!

I don't have a open_basedir defined. I deleted the line but it seems to not solve the problem but just shift it to a little later line... :(

You could try changing this:

Code

   $tmp_path=(((ini_get('safe_mode')=='1') || ((@strval(ini_get('open_basedir'))!='') && (strpos(ini_get('open_basedir'),'/tmp')!==false)))?get_custom_file_base().'/safe_mode_temp/':'/tmp/');
to:

Code

   $tmp_path=get_custom_file_base().'/safe_mode_temp/';

That will probably work, but it's just working around something strange on your computer, so make sure to save the file to sources_custom/backup.php as we can't distribute this change. It seems something is cleaning out temporary files before ocPortal is finished with them.
