I have just changed some permission settings for some usergroups on my site, And I've know got a critical error come up, It seems my info.php file has been completely emptied, Do this contain information about the configuration settings for the site?, And is there any advice on how I could fix this problem?

Any help would be appreciated,

Elliott, My Website

Have you tried looking inside the file, is it really empty?

  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying Composr on fun personal projects.

Fan in action

No, there is nothing at all in the Info.php, It's all been removed, I also got a few errors on some of the menus, Such as in the Admin zone, As I go to change some Global specific permissions, It comes up with errors, But I can't post them, As I don't have access to my site at the moment, But my other website developer is going to re-install OCP with the same settings he used, I think he know's what's wrong, We'll post back if the problem has been resolved.

Here is what the error message states.

"The top-level configuration file (info.php) is either not-present or empty. This file is created upon installation, and the likely cause of this error is that SynOCP files have been placed, yet installation not completed. To install SynOCP, run the installer."
