add additional form input

Hi people,

1. I would need to input additional input textbox for New registration page. Basically, Firstname, Lastname, etc. Can someone guide me on which file to edit? Or how do I identify which .php file to edit for such instances?

2. Is that a way to edit blocks?

Regards,
Christopher

1. Would custom profile fields work better for you. It's easier than hardcoding it. You can make items required on registration and more.
Admin Zone > Setup > Custom Profile Fields

2. Under each block is an "Edit menu" link. There you can take away info, add info, etc.
To create a new block, you can "Edit in zone editor" which is found at the very bottom of the blocks (left and right sides).
