It would be super awesome and save me a whole lot of time if it could. I run Otaku Play Ground and am hopping to make themes and other things for ocportal even though I no longer use it for otakuplayground.com I still love it and feel it could go far with the right help. It needs themes and needs people to advertise for it.

It would just make it easier not to create lettered categories under each category. Like say you have it sorted by title and you want to see all the titles starting with B. You would need to navigate through a lot of pages just to get to the B's. Index: Anime - Absolute Otaku Hmm must not be as it is not showing the entries in A-Z order just the categories. Spreading the word of default - Absolute Otaku but clearly not working on your site, how embarrassing. I'll look into it tomorrow. It's a feature we added in for a client so it's not something we've put much energy into beyond what the client needed. I'll give your use case a bit more thought tomorrow. I am good at finding bugs, found a lot lately, no surprise I am using a beta. Site is not live yet so no biggy. Hmm and I need to change where it says spreading the word of default. Regarding it missing from the Site Tree and not working, I guess those bugs cancel each other out  . But I am working on this next.

Although I do find it odd that the features I used and needed in wordpress are in the catalogues system on ocportal and not the blog system. Like the fields. Yeah, definitely written in programmer-speak. But if it gets done it covers what you're looking for with blog fields. Fix attached. Oh and going back to the blog thing. I like that idea but honestly I do not want to use the blog. I would more like to import from wordpress into the catalogues instead of into the blogs. Because one of the main reasons I am switching from wordpress to ocportal is do to way to many people thinking the site was a blog and not a anime database.
