[v8.1.2] Catalog field reference fails

Well-settled
Reproduce issue:

- Edit catalog (i.e. FAQ)
- Add field type "A link to an item of gallery content" or any other link to an item
- Save
- Add or edit an catalog entry (i.e. in FAQ)

A source code file is missing: hooks/systems/ajax_tree/tent_link...
