Hello all,

In the Wiki+ home the list of child pages shows all links to the pages, but I want to see only the links for which the user has permission to view.

Like how it is under Downloads Home. In Downloads Home the categories without permission to view are not shown.

How can I do that?

I looked at \site\pages\modules\cedi.php line 457 where the children links are generated. But I don't know what to do there.

Or is there another way to do what I want. I want (wiki) pages for each usergroup only.
Each group has it's own set of the same page categories.

Like:
Usergroup 1:
page with member data
page with financial data
page with ??? data

and Usergroup 2 and so on also these same pages.

But they cannot see each others pages.

I worked all day to find out how to do it, but I am stuck now. Help really appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi,

As you observed, this isn't consistent with other parts of the system - so we'll consider it a bug.

Fix attached.

site/pages/modules/cedi.php

FYI I added:

PHP code

            if (!has_category_access(get_member(),'seedy_page',strval($child_id)))
            {
                continue;

Wow thank you,

I tried all day in different ways, also with the function has_actual_page_access(...) to manage this. But failed.

And in Composr this is also the case in Downloads . In contrary to ocPortal where it behaves as I mentioned, in Composr all categories can be seen.

You really helped me a lot,

Maleven.

Ah, that's a bug – I've just fixed for the next Composr release.
