I Need to rename certain words within the support ticket section of ocportal. These words do not appear in the language/translate section of the website.

I need to change the "ticket type" to issue, and rename all the headers for the display table of tickets. Etc. There are a number of other changes, but I simply can't find where or how to change theses specific pre coded sections. A point in the right direction would help greatly.

Have a look in tickets.ini.

I think you'll find most (or all) of the references you want to change in there …!!

Take my advice. I'm not using it!

Having found the file, the only references are to entries I have already changed through the language/translation tool. The things i wished change do not appear in this tool, nor the InI file.

The text displayed in the attached image are the ones i wish to edit. Ticket Type, and the table headers.
