dissapearing buttons while wysiwyg is active

Here's a weird issue on a freshly installed system I've been meaning to post, while the wysiwyg editor is up the comcode buttons aren't shown.

They were working on edit on the right panel column but not on the left column now they flash up dissappear when the wysiwyg editor shows and then are not shown at all on anything unless I disable the wysiwyg editor.

I'm just testing this portal at the moment and thought it strange that they were shown initially on one page but now not on anything.

The browser is Chrome which I have just moved up to the 64bit version with no change I assume other browsers are the same.

Here is screenshots of what I mean.  From what I can see those blocks don't seem like there meant to be there in wysiwyg but are the buttons you use when that feature is turned off.

Panel right you can see the buttons are shown.

Panel left screenshot taken at roughly the same time no settings were changed, comcode missing.

They should not show at all. Those buttons are in the WYSWIYG toolbar.

Probably some JS error happening during loading, or a slow connection.

As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying Composr on fun personal projects.

Don't think its a slow connection the server is on my home lan with gigabit.

Also the buttons first stayed and were usable thats when I took the screenie.

Probably some random page load thing happened.

I notice they do flash up before disappearing currently when loading a page up with them.
