Hi, I have been uploading videos to my website and just noticed that only half the video is being shown. It only shows the left side of the video,

Do I need to change something in any of the settings.

I believe that my web host doesnt have the gd library.

Still no one able to help, from what I can now gather is that my host does have gd library but I can't understand why only the left side is played and it says error if I don't upload a thumb nail image as it can't create one it's self. Can anyone help, my members keep asking me but I can't tell them anything yet..

Thanks

You're much more likely to get an answer if you can show exactly what the problem is (screenshot, screencast, whatever). Full details on exactly what video type it is (codec, etc). Exactly what browser you're testing in. The settings on the video form in ocPortal.
