After doing the upgrade to 7.1.3, I ran the file integrity scan and had a list of about 40 files that I know are just copies I made of old files before making changes or downloading an updated version from the forum. I checked off each of these files but after hitting the ""Automatically handle those ticked" button, about 15 of the items remained. I've run the scanner several more times but these files seem immune to deletion. Why won't they delete like the others did?

Thanks for any help.

I wonder if the upgrader has no permissions over those files, possibly if made with a different FTP account. Possibly the upgrader hasn't got a good enough error reporting system (it's intentionally lightweight).

The upgrader does apparently warn if it fails to delete a file, it would put up an error at/towards the top of the page (in a messy way, but on there).

They were all uploaded using the same account but I'll do some digging around and recheck the files owner.

Worse case is that I delete them manually using the integrity scan list as a source but it sure would be handy if it just worked.
