Well this isn't working out well
There are 5 corrupt ocPortal files that need to be uploaded:
  • cms/pages/modules/cms_comcode_pages.php
  • site/pages/modules/members.php
  • sources/blocks/main_awards.php
  • sources/chat.php
  • sources/ocf_groups.php

Critical error - bailing outThe top-level configuration file (info.php) is either not-present or empty. This file is created upon installation, and the likely cause of this error is that ocPortal files have been placed, yet installation not completed. To install ocPortal, run the installer.
Integrity check
If you think this problem could be due to corruption caused by a failed upgrade (e.g. time-out during extraction), check the following integrity check…

Looks to me like you uploaded the files directly and over wrote your info.php file instead of using the upgrader (yoursite.com/upgrader.php)?

Did you upload the full version seven or the upgrade file? If you just uploaded the upgrade file then replace info.php from your backup (sure hope you have one) and you should be fine.

Thanks guys, I've no idea what happened though I suppose I best figure it out at some point. For now I just removed all of 6 and installed 7. That went ok. It even removed the long load time so that is great.
I'll just have to play or learn more before going public with this.

I did the same when moving to 6.1 Lobo. I had migrated and upgraded my site so many times it was really starting to go wonky (most likely due to modifications I had made). Sometimes best to just slash and burn and start again. ;)
