Well-settled

I must say, for a new person using catalogs, the instructions are less than good!
After setting it up 10 times and playing, I figured out how you guys did it so it was well worth the time and effort. Now were moving everything to catalogs and I will be making a few more. Instead of thinking my way, I just went "Click, Click, Click"

The video on comcode and the instructions are 5 stars and one snicker bar. This will make the frontend easy to manipulate. Make instructions for the Catalogs like Comcode!

Still I would like a HOME link in the upper right, next to the forums, collaboration, admin, etc. Is that a click click process?

Hi. What specifically did you find confusing about the catalogue documentation? Maybe we can improve it.

*When you create the structure, you have to do all of your "Field Values" at once.
*If you want a deeper structure, you add a category on the FRONT page, to make it a level deeper.
*You can't go back and change field values if you "Muss up".
*Instructions are great if you want to just make a hierarchy but it should have a few samples on how to propagate your catalog.

If God loves me so much why doesn't he email me instead of asking my friends to Forwarded emails for him?

Yes, it is a click click process. If I am understanding what you are asking right just follow the instructions eric gave you here ocPortal.com - View topic: Two Menu Questions Forums, collaboration, admin ect that would be your zone menu. Change the name of 'site' to home…that's what I did.

Doh! Thanks Brian and Eric! That did the trick!

As my Fiance says, "Your not stupid, but there is something definitely wrong with you".

You're welcome. That other thread kinda got off-topic from other folks *ahem* so you might have forgot about it.

Hopefully you'll get your second question answered about block permissions over there too. I'd also like to know the answer if there is one.

I found it and lost it, but it can be done. When I find out how to do it again will let you know.
