I think that the ticket module is awesome but I think it could be improved. I am not a programmer but I don't think it would to hard and would add a tremendous value to the ticket module.

First add an extra field called Status,and have it be a drop down. The drop down would contain something like Open, In Work, Closed.

When a ticket is first opened, open would be the default. In the listing of all of the tickets you now have Issue, Last post by, Date. I would add at the end Status and show the current status there. If a ticket has been closed and the member adds another post it would change the status back to Open

Next I would have a filter on the tickets for All, Open, In Work, Closed. That way you can just see the tickets that you want by selecting the appropriate filter.

It is not real important but I think it would make it stand up to most other ticket systems as that is about the only thing lacking.
