Where can I find documentation on the {+START}{+END} comcode tags and variables and commands.

I have been poring through the documentation and I can not seam to find any information on the special ocPortal commands between {} brackets. Usually starting with {+START} and ending with {+END}. Looking for the documentation that lists all of the syntax and commands.

So far all I can find are very specific examples in the forums.

What I am specifically trying to do at the moment, is to only show a block of custom comcode if the user viewing the page is a logged in member of the site.

The curly braces code will be Tempcode. The tutorial on that is here: ocPortal Tutorial: Tempcode programming - ocPortal.com

Something like this should work:
{+START,IF,{$NOT,{$IS_GUEST}}}
 your logged-in member comcode here
{+END}
