You can manually edit what's displayed on the side panels by logging in and clicking the "Edit in zone editor" link which will be located at the bottom of the panel. From that zone editor you can choose exactly which blocks will appear on your panels.

I find this easier to do in Google Chrome as the ability to click and drag blocks to different positions won't work for me in IE or Firefox yet in Chrome it works fine.
So shines a good deed in a weary world.

Yes it is far more complex than Nuke as with so much power and options it does tend to get confusing from time to time but I keep plodding learning more and more each time while continually getting excited to discover even more it can do than you wouldn't have expected. I just wish I could focus longer without getting pulled out to work on something else cause I will spend so much time wading and learning and then I have to work on a non ocPortal project for a couple weeks, or more, and then I forgot half the stuff I learned already and have to practically start over.. ugh! lol But I do really like it and want to become as familiar with it as I was with Nuke because it is far superior and heading in better directions. Good luck with your learning and transitions! |
