Hello, I discovered these duplicate contents in my Google Webmaster Tool

pg/downloads/entry/softwares/antivirus/avg-antivirus-2013-full

/site/pg/downloads/entry/softwares/antivirus/avg-antivirus-2013-full/index.php

/site/pg/downloads/entry/softwares/antivirus/avg-antivirus-2013-full/index.php?max=1000

/site/pg/downloads/entry/softwares/antivirus/avg-antivirus-2013-full/index.php?wide_print=1&max=1000

And I ll like to remove them and leave the first one(
pg
/downloads/entry/softwares/antivirus/avg-antivirus-2013-full).

I thought about using google removal request tool to remove it, but according to Google's removal requirement, the content must be removed from the site, and I dont know if removing other will affect the real contecnt (first one)

What is the best way to do this?
