Clicking on a Real-time rain bubble (bauble, sphere, whatever) gets me the following …
An error has occurred
Unfortunately a query has failed [SELECT DISTINCT p_poster AS id FROM ocp5_f_posts WHERE p_ip_address='58.173.121.168''] [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ''58.173.121.168''' at line 1] (version: 6.0 beta2, PHP version: 5.2.15, URL: /anglo/adminzone/pg/admin_lookup/misc/58.173.121.168)

  • If not, please let us know how we can do better (please try and propose any bigger ideas in such a way that they are fundable and scalable).
  • If so, please let others know about ocPortal whenever you see the opportunity.
  • If my reply is too Vulcan or expressed too much in business-strategy terms, and not particularly personal, I apologise. As a company & project maintainer, time is very limited to me, so usually when I write a reply I try and make it generic advice to all readers. I'm also naturally a joined-up thinker, so I always express my thoughts in combined business and technical terms. I recognise not everyone likes that, don't let my Vulcan-thinking stop you enjoying ocPortal on fun personal projects.
  • If my response can inspire a community tutorial, that's a great way of giving back to the project as a user.

Nope! Fix didn't sort the problem. Viewed in both, FF4(beta) and IE8 …

Thanks.

No error message, but it gave me an unexpected result - a page indicating that the IP had been used under several usernames (my IP using the SU feature), with a warning that I didn't read too closely because I was 'happy' that it was actually taking me 'somewhere'.

I will look closer at how this works when I catch a few visitors  on-site to see what it is feature attempts to achieve!
